In present study, we report a V doping fabrication method for obtaining rod-like MgO crystals decorated with a nanoflake layer. This novel structure has only been minimally reported in literature. Pure MgO and Mg2V2O7–MgO composite materials were obtained by precipitation and impregnation methods, with vanadium added concentrations of 0–9%. The influence of V doping on crystal structure and particle morphology of MgO was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis demonstrated that MgO has a cubic structure, while X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) revealed that V5+ exists on the surface of MgO. The specific surface areas and pore sizes of MgO composites were calculated by BET and BJH analysis. These techniques revealed that specific surface area and pore size of MgO increased due to vanadium doping. The antibacterial effects of Mg2V2O7–MgO composite materials against Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) were assessed using a bacterial killing/colony-forming unit (CFU) assay and bacteriostatic ring method. Our results demonstrate that V doping dramatically improved antimicrobial properties of MgO, with 7 mol% doping inducing the best antibacterial activity. The antibacterial mechanisms of Mg2V2O7–MgO composite material were also proposed.  相似文献

This paper mainly focuses on the development of pressure tracking control logic of electro-hydraulic actuators for vehicle application. This is done to improve and ensure the performance of a precise lower-level controller for evolving modern shift control logic. The required performance is obtained by hysteresis model-based feed-forward control and additional feedback control. The hysteresis and the time delay, which adversely affect pressure control, are well known nonlinear behaviors in electro-hydraulic actuators. In order to cope with the hysteresis, a novel hysteresis model is proposed based on a physical phenomenon. A mathematical model based on a characteristic curve obtained in preliminary experiments is presented using only one tuning parameter, and this model can be inverted easily to construct a feed-forward controller. In addition, a feedback controller is designed considering the stability margin of a time delay system. The feedback control inputs ensure compensation of the feed-forward errors caused by model error and uncertainty. The proposed controller is designed to lower computational cost considering applicability for production vehicles. As a result, the developed pressure controller is applied to a transmission control unit of a production vehicle and verified experimentally for various driving scenarios.  相似文献

Portfolio selection is a key issue in the business world and financial fields. This article presents a new decision making method of portfolio optimization (PO) issues in different risk measures by using new evolutionary computing method and cardinality constrains which is mentioned as hybrid meta-heuristic algorithms. Based on mean–variance (MV) Method by Markowitz we collected three risk levels; mean absolute deviation (MAD), semi variance (SV) and variance with skewness (VWS). The developed algorithms are Electromagnetism-like algorithm (EM), particle swarm optimization (PSO), genetic algorithm (GA), genetic network programming (GNP) and simulated annealing (SA). Also a diversification mechanism strategy is implemented and hybridized with the developed algorithms to increase the diversity and overcome local optimality. The sustainability of this proposed model is verified by 50 factories on the Iranian stock exchange. Finally, experimental results of proposed algorithms with cardinality constraint are compared with each other by four effective metrics in which the algorithms performance for achieving the optimal solution discussed. In addition, we have done the analysis of variance technique to confirm the validity and accurately analyze of the results which the success of this method was proved.  相似文献

本研究分别利用水冷铜坩埚真空感应熔炼气雾化(VIGA-CC)和等离子旋转电极(PREP)两种技术制备出球形Ti-6Al-4V合金粉末,作者利用SEM、同步辐射CT扫描-三维重建和氩气含量测试等分析手段对不同粒径的Ti-6Al-4V合金粉末的孔洞缺陷和氩气含量、硬度值进行了表征。实验结果表明, VIGA-CC粉末粒度分布宽,细粉收得率较多,粉末粒度分布在40~180 μm之间, PREP粉末的粒度分布较窄,主要集中在110~180 μm之间;金属粉末内部的孔隙率、气体含量和孔尺寸随着粉末粒度的增大而增大,且同一粒径范围内VIGA-CC粉末的气孔概率多于PREP粉末;随着粉末粒径减小,粉末截面组织逐渐细化,其硬度值逐渐升高,整体上VIGA-CC粉末硬度值高于PREP粉末。  相似文献

In this study, a multimaterial topology optimization method using a single variable is proposed by combining the solid isotropic material with penalization method and the reaction-diffusion equation. Unlike ordinary multimaterial optimization, which requires several variables depending on the number of material types, this method intends to represent various materials as one variable. The proposed method combines two special functions in the sensitivity analysis of the objective function to converge the design variable into prespecified density values defined for each of the multimaterials. The composition constraint based on a normal distribution function is also introduced to estimate the distribution of each target density value in a single variable. It enables density exchange between multiple materials by increasing or decreasing the amount of a specific material. The proposed method is applied to structural and electromagnetic problems to verify its effectiveness, and its usefulness is also confirmed from the viewpoint of cost and computation time.  相似文献

为进一步提高国产锆合金包壳管性能,提高反应堆安全性,对国产Zirlo锆合金进行水射流冲击强化,研究在高温高压水腐蚀条件下不同冲击压力对样品表面氧化膜的影响,并与未冲击样品进行对比。结果表明,样品表面在不同压力的冲击下耐蚀性差异较大,当冲击压力达到40 MPa时样品表面氧化膜状态较好,相比于未冲击样品氧化膜厚度减少4.3%,在10 MPa和20 MPa冲击下则出现腐蚀加速情况。  相似文献

以CFD数值计算和实验相结合的方法,对处于中国西南某多山地区陆上风电场的尾流特性进行研究,验证不同数值方法在复杂地形的适用性。首先采用2台激光雷达,测量目标风力机一个月内的自由来流风速和尾流廓线,在地形上坡加速效应下,不同大气稳定度下目标风力机的自由来流风速廓线均呈负梯度。然后分别采用经典致动盘和改进致动盘法,模拟目标风力机在主风向下的尾流发展。不同于只有风速与压降关系的经典致动盘法,改进致动盘法更考虑了叶片几何和气动参数(尺寸信息、攻角、桨距角、升阻力系数等)。通过与后置激光雷达尾流测试结果对比,这2种基于CFD技术的数值模拟方法,计算网格相同,计算时间相当,且均能较好地模拟因为复杂地形而引起的尾流偏转;其中改进致动盘的尾流形状与激光雷达相似,速度亏损也更接近激光雷达结果。因此,改进致动盘法更适合于复杂地形条件下风场模拟,较好平衡了计算的效率与精度。  相似文献

During the transient state of aero-engine,cavity has evidently transient characteristics in the secondary air system.To investigate transient characteristics,theoretical and experimental studies were implemented for both static and rotating cavities.First of all,the typical transient response phenomena in secondary air system were investigated based on the basic concepts of the dynamic process.According to the basic theory of gas dynamics,the causes of transient phenomena were analyzed in two aspects,external disturbance,and system physical properties.Several dimensionless parameters were introduced to analyze the transient response characteristics of air system.Second,the experimental results of the static cavity indicated that the actual response time increased with the increase of the inlet pressure.The experimental results of the rotor-stator cavity showed that the low rotational speed on the response process had little effect,and the response time gradually increased when the speed continued to increase.Third,the test results of multiple components suggested that when the valve was opening the inlet pressure of the static cavity increased quickly and then reached a stable value,but the pressure of the static cavity,stable pressure cavity and rotor-stator chamber rose gradually.It was also obtained the actual response time of them was increased.The closer the measuring points were to the disturbance source,the shorter the delay time was.  相似文献

针对传统沿空留巷采煤技术因增设巷道掘进作业造成煤炭资源浪费的问题,以东河煤矿2260工作面为工程背景,在分析该工作面地质、水文以及煤层情况的基础上,研究了无煤柱自成巷关键技术,并应用到2260工作面中,最终取得了较为理想的留巷效果,为类似综采工作面避免煤炭资源浪费和提升作业人员安全系数提供了有益借鉴.  相似文献
